04 Deposits

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on r777 app are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed in BDT only.

• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.

Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

r777 app offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the point of offer. The general bonus rules set out below apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your r777 app account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on r777 app operate under published rules and stated house edges. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game. r777 app is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Live dealer games — including those available through Live Game, W Live, and MG Live — use real physical equipment operated by real dealers on camera. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each round and cannot be altered by r777 app or the player after the round has begun.
• Virtual games, slots, Plinko, and fishing games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or account status.

08 Player Conduct
